Eligibility for Returns
Returns are not accepted for gowns since it is a made to measurements product.
For Nour Pret (Dresses, Jumpsuits, Co-ord sets),We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team by clicking the whatsapp icon. Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant photos, if applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refund Process
We only offer exchange or credit note.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, a credit note will be issued and the amount can be utilised in 1 year for any purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
